Dana Houshiar is a photographer and a storyteller, with a background in fine-dining kitchens and an university education in photography. Dana seeks to discover the hidden tales of the culinary world not only by photographing the food but also by photographing the people, capturing the dishes and the intimate moments of the culinary process. As both a photographer and an experienced chef, Dana aims to bring a distinct perspective into each project.  

With a Persian background, Dana has a unique view when it comes to cultural cuisines and observing the unseen connection between food and people.
